I booked a Deluxe room and found it to be old and broken, although it had a nice view. The hotel had Centralised AC, and there were instances where my booking was cancelled without confirmation. However, the hospitality and service provided by the staff were very nice and helpful, making my stay pleasant overall. The location was good, situated in a great area with easy access to various attractions. The dining options were varied and classic dishes were available. Overall, a mixed experience with room quality but excellent service and convenience.
